The Linn's Lingerie Returns Policy

Linn's Lingerie understand that a good and reliable returns policy, is what helps maintain great customer service. This is why we offer our customers a full cash refund or exchange (whatever the customer may prefer), if their lingerie product does not fit. We understand that not all lingerie manufacturers size their products the same, so we hope our unique returns policy, will give all our customers peace of mind when shopping with us.

Linn's Lingerie will be happy to accept any returns, as long you (the customer) and the product/s you wish to return, have met the following requirements:
(please be aware that all products are fully inspected, before they are dispatched to our customers)

You (the customer) have:

- Contacted us about your return within 3 days of the products delivery

- Accepted the expense of 1st Class Recorded Delivery

- Dispatched your return for delivery to us, within 7 days of the product arriving to you (the customer)


The product/s you wish to return must:

- Be in perfect condition with no smears, marks or tears

- Have all added extras that accompany the main product, still wrapped up and sealed in their original packaging (for example, a corset (main product) may be removed from it's cellophane packaging, but stockings/thongs/g-strings/shorts etc. must still be fully packaged and sealed.

- Be free from the smell of smoke, perfume or other odour.

Please remember that you will need to pay for the postage and obtain proof of postage from your post office or chosen courier.

Please Note: Returns and Exchanges may be refused on products and offers such as:

All Male and Female Sex Toys, Dolls and Accessories - Due to health and hygiene laws, we are unable to accept any returns, give refunds or exchanges, for any adult toy, doll or accessory product, that has been removed from it's product packaging (this does not include parcel/delivery packaging).

Linn's Lingerie can only accept returns and offer refunds or exchanges, when an adult sex toy, doll or accessory has not been opened. You may open the parcel/delivery packaging, but any signs of actual product packaging opening, will result in your return/refund/exchange being void.

Special Offers - All Linn's Lingerie products that bear the 'SPECIAL OFFER!' logo beside them and contain the text 'SPECIAL OFFER - FINAL SALE within their product description, are final sales and will not be eligible for return, refund or exchange.

Goods Damaged/Lost via Post or Courier

Please be aware that Linn's Lingerie can take no financial responsibility, for products damaged via post or courier services. However, we can assure you that we will do whatever we can, to aid you in receiving a claim.


Please Note: Linn's Lingerie will offer a full cash refund for lingerie products that do not fit, with no questions asked, but if Linn's Lingerie suspect that our returns policy is being taken advantage of, for the benefit of customer gain, we have the right to replace the cash refund with online store credit, refuse the return, or if need be, report offenders to other online lingerie stores.

This does not effect your statutory rights
