
The Linn's Lingerie Returns Policy
Linn's Lingerie understand that a good and reliable returns policy is what helps maintain great customer service. This is why we offer our customers an exchange for a different size/product or store credit, if your lingerie item does not fit. We understand that not all lingerie manufacturers size their products the same, so we hope our returns policy will give all our customers peace of mind when shopping with us.
Linn's Lingerie will always offer the customer the choice of either product exchange or store credit. However, if you wish to exchange for a size/product that is out of stock, we can dispatch as soon as stock arrives or award immediate store credit.
Size/Product Exchange = We'll exchange the item that doesn't fit for a different size (offering store credit if desired size is unavailable).
Store Credit = We'll award immediate store credit to the exact value of the product that didn't fit!
Linn's Lingerie will be happy to accept any returns, offer size exchanges or award store credit, as long you (the customer) and the product/s you wish to return, have met the following requirements:
(please be aware that all products are fully inspected before they are despatched to our customers)
You (the customer) have:
- Contacted us about your return within 5 days of the products despatch date
- Accepted the expense of 1st Class Recorded Delivery
- Despatched your return for us to receive within 7 working days of the product arriving to you (the customer)
(International customers may return their items within 28 days)
The product/s you wish to return must:
- Be in perfect condition with no smears, marks or tears
- Have all added extras that accompany the main product, still wrapped up and sealed in their original packaging (for example, a corset (main product) may be removed from it's cellophane packaging, but stockings/thongs/g-strings/shorts etc. must still be fully packaged and sealed.
- Be free from the smell of smoke, perfume or other odour.

Please remember that you will need to pay for the postage and obtain proof of postage from your post office or chosen courier.
Returns and Exchanges will be refused on products, offers and conditions such as:
Multiple Returns: Linn's Lingerie will offer immediate exchange or store credit for products that do not fit. However, this policy is valid for one return per order placed.
Made-to-Order Products: All products that are made-to-order and that contain the text "Made-to-order" can not be returned or exchanged. Please feel free to contact us about sizing before placing your order.
Male and Female Sex Toys - Due to health and hygiene laws, we are unable to accept any returns, give refunds or exchanges, for any adult toy product (any product in our "Adult Sex Toy" section) that has been removed from it's product packaging (this does not include parcel/delivery packaging).
Linn's Lingerie can only accept returns and offer refunds or exchanges, when an adult sex toy has not been opened. You may open the parcel/delivery packaging, but any signs of actual product package-opening, will result in your return/refund/exchange being void.
Special Offers/SALE - All Linn's Lingerie products that are in a "SALE", and/or "SPECIAL OFFERS" section and that contain the text "SALE" or "SPECIAL OFFER" within their product preview text and/or product page description, are final sales and will not be eligible for return, refund or exchange.
Mega Masturbator Orders
Linn's Lingerie place orders directly with the manufacturer to ensure our products are genuine and available before any other website or retail store. This will also mean that once your Mega Masturbator order has been placed, it can not then be cancelled. This is due to expensive reservation and import costs.
We ask our customers to please respect the above policy before ordering as we pay the delivery cost (we give our customers FREE world-wide delivery). Thank you.
Goods Lost via Post or Courier
While Linn's Lingerie have no control or responsibility over any courier, we will offer a re despatch of any item/s that have been proven to have been lost in post/transit. If you think your item/s have been lost in post/transit, we'll ask you to wait 15 working days from the point of your orders despatch, so we can thoroughly investigate your order. If our courier has no record of a delivery to your address, we'll re despatch to you immediately.
Goods Damaged via Post or Courier
Although postal damage is very rare, we will also aid you as best we can to claim for any postal damages that may occur.
Customs Charges
Customs charges may be added to certain deliveries that exceed certain weights. Although such customs charges are rare, we cannot accept any responsibility for such charges.
