Linn's Lingerie fully respect our customers privacy and protect all of our customers personal details. Linn's Lingerie are in accordance to the Data Protection Act 1998 and will not share your personal information with any other third party.

During the order process, Linn's Lingerie will only ask for information required to deliver your goods to your chosen address, as well as your contact information to inform you about your order.

Your credit and debit card details will only be asked for at the time of ordering your products and will only be kept temporarily, until your order has been completed and your payment has been successfully made. Once your payment has been made, your payment details will automatically be deleted from our records. We do not keep customer payment details on record.

We also respect and understand our customers privacy needs after an order has been made. After you've placed an order we will only contact you and give you updates via email. We do this because email is the most discreet form of contact we can offer our customers. However, if you require us to call you or contact you via a different method, please let us know and we'll be more than happy to help.
